Where do you ship?

We currently ship only within Germany. We do not offer international shipping.

How long does shipping take?

Our standard total shipping time is approximately 5–8 business days. Orders generally require 2–3 business days for processing and around 3–5 business days for transit.

Can I return my order?

Yes. Eligible products may be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to our Return and Refund Policy and any applicable statutory consumer rights.

When will I receive my refund?

Eligible refunds are processed within 10 days after the returned item has been received and inspected, subject to the conditions in our refund policy.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the damaged packaging and product. We will review the issue and help determine the appropriate resolution.

Can I change or cancel an order?

If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has entered processing or has shipped, changes or cancellation may no longer be possible.

Do you offer international delivery?

No. At this time, Volkspark Center ships only to delivery addresses within Germany.
