Shipping Policy

Volkspark Center currently offers shipping only within Germany. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Processing Time

Orders are generally processed within 2–3 business days after successful order placement and payment confirmation. Processing includes preparing the products, checking the order, packing the items, and handing the shipment to the delivery carrier.

Transit Time

After processing, standard transit time is generally 3–5 business days, depending on the destination, carrier workload, weekends, public holidays, and other circumstances outside our control.

Total Shipping Time

Our standard total shipping time is approximately 5–8 business days, combining the estimated 2–3 business days of processing with approximately 3–5 business days of transit.

Shipping Area

We ship to delivery addresses within Germany only. Orders requesting delivery outside Germany are not currently supported.

Delivery Address

Please provide a complete and accurate German delivery address during checkout. Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping information is correct. If an address needs to be changed, contact us as soon as possible before the order is dispatched.

Delivery Delays

Although we aim to meet the 5–8 business day estimate, occasional delays may occur because of carrier disruptions, severe weather, public holidays, peak seasonal demand, incorrect address information, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Missing or Damaged Deliveries

If your package appears damaged or does not arrive within a reasonable period after the expected delivery window, contact us at support@volksparkcenter.com with your order number and delivery details. For damaged parcels, please keep the packaging and take photographs where possible.
